Cancellation Policies

If you cannot attend the excursion for any reason and you have already made the reservation or paid for the entire trip, the following rules apply:⬇️

Find a replacement person

Find a person who can replace it, so that in this way you do not lose the payment already made. This must be confirmed 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE. (So as not to lose your payment).

Only reservation payment, but there is no one to replace it
Full payment, but there is no one to replace it
Health disadvantages
Passed deadline without completing remaining payment
Travel impediment due to major causes

If you have only made the reservation and do not have someone to replace you, that amount IS NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER TRIP, NOR IS IT REFUNDABLE.

If you have paid in full for the excursion and do not have someone to replace you, you can notify us by confirming 15 days in advance. The reservation (it is not refundable) is lost and the difference remains in the fund for another trip. IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. ​

 

 

If you pay for the entire trip, and you do not have a person to replace you and you notify it with less than a week left for the trip, you lose the full payment for the excursion. IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE, NOR IS IT TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER TRIP.

If you have any type of general health problems or personal events that prevent you from being able to attend the excursion and you do not have someone to replace you and you notify it with less than 𝟏𝟓 days left for the trip, IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE .

If the payment deadline passes and you have not completed full payment for the excursion, YOUR SPACE REMAINS AVAILABLE.

If for reasons of major causes that prevent the excursion services from being fulfilled such as: weather conditions, curfew, or the excursion has to be suspended, and you cannot attend on a new scheduled date, the payment of the difference IS TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER EXCURSION .
